That’s great! I hope to find an active Anachronox Facebok grouop too. 🙂

Fantastic to see much fanfare for these excellent retro platformers.

I still hope to this day you can get your way and find an agreement somehow for new Keen games. Hoping for some kind of downloadable XBLA release!

Are there any plans to make any more keen games? I think new episodes, in the same style of the originals, would be a lot of fun for mobile devices. I was playing some side-scroller throw back game today and it reminded me of keen. I was a little sad when I saw there weren’t any keen games in the app store.

    Hey,

I’ve been playing Keen on my DSi. Sweet. I was using the official game files (bought through Steam). You can’t get much better value than 5 bucks: http://store.steampowered.com/app/9180/

Only the first 3 games work, but still worth it. You need this free software:

Sadly, it’s not official. The DS Carts, aren’t strictly legal. I only use mine to use homebrew (reading, and the video game hero game mostly, as well as studying Spanish (flashcards)), but some people use them to play copied games (bad panda, don’t do that).

I get the feeling that people are working on a way to get the Keen framework on other mobile platforms too. The buttons on the DS make it the perfect platform though. The aspect ration isn’t even that different for those older games.

I guess this is me begging. I’d bet you’d have a market for Keen on the DS. The reason I looked for the Keen games again was because ‘de Blob 2’ on the DS reminded me so much, in the gameplay, and fun attitude.

Wow! Sorry, longer post than I intended. I just wanted to let you know.
